4/26/99 <br /> <br /> - ORI~G INAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13606 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO PARKING CITATION PROCESSING AND ADJUDICATION <br /> <br /> (TURBO DATA SYSTEMS, INC.) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement for Professional Services - <br />Parking Citation Processing and Adjudication", by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Turbo Data <br />Systems, Inc., a California corporation, for professional services relating to <br />parking citation processing and adjudication, a copy of which agreement is on file <br />in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Reso~39 <br />DES:djk <br />F\S h ared\Redwood~Cou n cil <br />04114199 <br /> <br /> <br />
