0 R I G I N A L ' 4/12/99 <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13602 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING <br /> EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL <br /> SERVICES, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT/GENERAL <br /> CONTRACTOR SERVICE -(FIRE STATION No. 11) <br /> <br /> (W.L. Butler Construction, Inc.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City proposes to construct a Fire Station <br />in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires professional <br />architectural, engineering and construction management/general contractor <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, W.L. Butler Construction, Inc., of Redwood City, represents <br />that W.L. Butler Construction, Inc. and the professional architectural and <br />engineering firms with which it has contracted in connection with the Project are <br />qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br />services required for the Project. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Design and Construction Services (Fire <br /> Station NO.11)" (form dated 04/05/99), by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br /> RWC/CounciVReso 1 <br /> RES0-633 <br /> FXS:fs <br /> 0~/05/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
