MERRILL, CPA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional accounting <br /> services for the Financial Management Services Division (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Susan B. Merrill, CPA of Visalia, California, represents that <br /> she is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br /> services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br /> CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Professional Accounting <br />Services" (form dated 04/06/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and Susan B.
