<br />MINUTE ORDER <br />CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br /> <br />October 9. 2006 <br />MO. 06-206 <br /> <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br /> <br />DATE: October 10, 2006 <br /> <br />Attention: City Attorney <br />Police Department <br /> <br />SUBJECT: Police Activities League (PAL) Loan Repayment Plan <br /> <br />AGENDA ITEM: SA (209) <br /> <br />Meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on October 9, 2006. <br /> <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Sain, Howard, Ira, Vice Mayor Foust and Mayor Pierce <br /> <br />Absent: Council Member Hartnett <br /> <br />The following motion was made, carried and entered on the Minutes <br /> <br />MIS BainlHoward to authorize the restructure of the payback of the City's loan of <br />$750,000 to PAL; the mayor to appoint an ad hoc committee to meet biannually with the <br />PAL Board of Directors to review PAL's annual budget and summary of programs; and <br />explore a collaboration between the City's Finance Department and PAL to assist with <br />the development of PAL's financial reports. <br /> <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by all those present. <br /> <br />cQ~S,~"'-h ) <br /> <br />Patricia S.
