'~L <br />~ \.. t..J ; i '.,1. <br /> <br />./AN 8 '73 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />/S-S2. <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $52,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE FOR CONSTRUCTION <br />AND OTHER COSTS RELATING TO THE FAIR OAKS COMMUNITY CENTER <br />PROJECT AND RELATED IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of fifty-two thousand dollars <br /> <br />($52,000) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the capital Outlay Fund to provide for architects <br /> <br />fees, engineering, construction and other costs relating to <br /> <br />the Fair Oaks Community Center project and related improve- <br /> <br />ments in the City of Redwood City. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1972-June 30, 1973, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1972-June 30, 1973. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
