<br />DES:yc:l/13/72 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. /R/ <br /> <br />JAN 24 'i? <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $ 2,300 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL EXPENDITURE FUND TO <br />APPROPRIATION FOR CAPITAL EXPENDITURES, DEPARTMENT <br />OF CITY TREASURER-COLLECTOR, FOR PURCHASE OF <br />AUTOMATIC CHECK-SIGNING AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($2,300.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Sales Tax Capital Expenditure Fund to the appropriation <br /> <br />for Capital Expenditures, Department of City Treasurer-Collector, <br /> <br />for the purpose of purchasing automatic check writing and <br /> <br />processing equipment. Said sum shall be for expenditure during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1971 - June 30, 1972, and shall be in <br /> <br />addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1971 - June 30, 1972. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
