ISlo ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,913 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND, AND TRANSFERRING $5,270 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR PAYMENT OF SALARIES FOR PUBLIC WORKS DEPARTMENT, ENGINEERING AND ADMINISTRATION ACTIVITY, TO PROVIDE FOR LANDSCAPING IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED FACILITIES FOR WOODSIDE ROAD, BETWEEN ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND LOCUST STREET THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The sum of forty thousand nine hundred thirteen dollars ($40,913) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund to provide for landscaping improvements and related facilities for Woodside Road between Alameda de las Pu1gas and Locust Street, in the City of Redwood City. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. SECTION 2. The sum of five thousand two hundred seventy dollars ($5,270) heretofore appropriated in the municipal budget for the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972, for the payment of salaries for the Public Works Department, Engineering and Administration Activity, is hereby ordered transferred from said appropriation to the appropriation for Woodside Road, Alameda to Locust, Landscaping and Irrigation System. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such pur- poses during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days after its adoption. * * *
