<br />DES.ek 7/16/71 <br /> <br />ORlGrNAL <br /> <br />AliG g 'n <br /> <br />o R DIN A NeE <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />/# 9 '1 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,995 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />UNBUDGETED BALANCE OF THE SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY <br />FUND TO PROVIDE FOR IMPROVEMENTS IN COMMUNITY PARK <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-five <br /> <br />and no/lOa Dollars ($2,995) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unappropriated unbudgeted balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay <br /> <br />Fund to provide for the construction of site improvements in <br /> <br />Community Park relating to the stationing of a railroad caboose <br /> <br />in the Park for recreational purposes. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1971-June 30, 1972. <br />SECTION 2.
