<br />DES:yc:l/27/71 <br /> <br />ORlGiNAl FEiJ ~ <br />"'11 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. 1t/i'J.. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $25,500 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR ACQUISITION OF RIGHTS OF WAY AND RELATED SERVICES <br />FOR MAIN STREET EXTENSION PROJECT <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Twenty-five Thousand Five Hundred <br /> <br />Dollars ($25,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Gas Tax street Improvement Fund <br /> <br />to provide for the acquisition of rights of way and related <br /> <br />services for the extension of Main street from its northerly <br /> <br />terminus to Bayshore Freeway in the City of Redwood city. Said <br /> <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1970 <br /> <br />_ June 30, 1971, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1970 - June 30, <br /> <br />1971. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
