Section 38.5 is hereby added to Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1445, entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for <br /> <br />Employees of the City of Redwood City: and, Repealing Ordinance <br /> <br />No. 1382," adopted February 2, 1970, to read as follows: <br />"SECTION 38.5. The person appointed to the position <br /> <br />of Acting City Clerk shall receive a monthly salary of <br /> <br />nine hundred dollars ($900.00)." <br /> <br />SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption: provided, however, that the provisions <br />hereof shall be operative retroactively to and including <br />November 1, 1970. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
