<br />DES.ek 10/9/70 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORD.!.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /-JL7~ <br /> <br />0:; ') '70 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $15,500 FROM UNAPPRO- <br />PRIATED BALANCE OF MARINA REVENUE FUND TO PROVIDE FOR <br />PURCllASE OF SUPPLIES AND OTHER SERVICES, MUNICIPAL <br />MARINA <br /> <br />THE 'COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of fifteen thousand five hundred <br /> <br />dollars ($15,500) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br /> <br />balance of the Marina Revenue Fund to provide for the purchase <br /> <br />of supplies and other services for the Municipal Marina. Said <br /> <br />sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1970-June 30, 1971, and shall be in addition to all sums appro- <br /> <br />priated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1970- <br /> <br />June 30, 1971. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
