<br />DES: yc: 9/14/70 <br /> <br />U'\. .^:; j t"! 1\,11\ ! <br />h 1\..:11 h 1-\ l.. <br /> <br />SEF 21 010 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. /~~, <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $24,999 FROM APPROPRIATION FOR <br />ADDITIONAL BUS, SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND, TO <br />PROVIDE FOR ACQUISITION AND CONSTRUCTION OF BUS TERMINAL <br />STRUCTURE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Twenty-four Thousand Nine Hundred <br /> <br />Ninety-nine Dollars ($24,999.00) heretofore appropriated to the <br /> <br />appropriation for Municipal Transit, Additional Bus, Sales Tax <br /> <br />capital Outlay Fund, in the Municipal Budget for the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1970 - June 30, 1971, is hereby appropriated to provide <br /> <br />for the acquisition and construction of a bus terminal structure <br /> <br />for the Municipal Transit System. Said sum shall be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1970 - June 30, 1971, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1970 - June 30, 1971. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
