<br />DES:yc:ll/12/69 <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />\43~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 20.101 OF THE CODE <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO <br />PARKING RESTRICTIONS FOR CERTAIN VEHICLES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 20.101 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(a) No person shall stop, stand, <br /> <br />"Section 20.101 <br /> <br />or park any truck, bus, trailer, trailer coach, house car, <br /> <br />vehicle equipped with a camper, or any commercial vehicle <br /> <br />of any kind, at any time on any street in the City for a <br /> <br />period of time longer than one hour between the hours of <br /> <br />2:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day. <br /> <br />"(b) Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (a) <br /> <br />hereof, no person shall stop, stand, or park any truck, <br /> <br />bus, trailer, trailer coach, house car, vehicle equipped <br /> <br />with a camper, or any commercial vehicle of any kind, on <br /> <br />any residential street at any time; provided, however, any <br /> <br />person may stop, stand, or park any such vehicle on a <br /> <br />residential street while necessary to load or unload <br /> <br />property therefrom, or when such stopping, standing, or <br /> <br />parking is reasonably necessary 1n the performance of a <br /> <br />service to or upon any property in the block where such <br /> <br />vehicle 1S stopped, standing, or parked. <br /> <br />"(c) The vehicles enumerated in subsections (a) and <br /> <br />(b) hereof shall not be deemed to include station wagons, <br /> <br />unladen pickup trucks, or passenger vehicles constructed <br /> <br />to carry not more than nine passengers at a given time." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
