<br />DES.ek 10/30/69 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />No.~8 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,700 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF BUDGETED RESERVES OF GENERAL FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR CITY PARTICIPATION IN NATIONAL COOPERATIVE EDUCATION <br />PROGRAM <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand seven hundred dollars <br /> <br />($2,700) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the budgeted reserves of the General Fund for the purpose <br /> <br />of providing for participation by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />in a cooperative education program (work-study Program) <br /> <br />pursuant to the Economic Opportunity Act of 1964 and under <br /> <br />agreement with the Trustees of the San Mateo Junior College <br /> <br />District. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition to <br /> <br />all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal <br /> <br />year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
