DES:yc:lO/10/69 ORIG/ NAL' a:r 20 'fB o R DIN A N C E N O. 1&/..3 0 AN ORDINANCE AME~~ING SECTION 10.4, REPEALING SECTIONS 10.9 AND 10.13, AND ADDING SECTIONS 10.9, 10.13, 10.14, 10.15 AND 10.16 TO CHAPTER 10 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO CIVIL DEFENSE AND DISASTER THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Section 10.4 of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 10.4 The Civil Defense and Disaster Council created under tlie provisions of the preceding section shall consist of the following: II (a) The Mayor, who shall be chairman and director of civil defense and disaster. "(b) The City Manager, who shall be vice-chairman and assistant director of civil defense and disaster, and who, under the supervision of the director, shall develop civil defense and disaster plans and organize the civil defense and disaster program of this City, and shall have such other duties as may be assigned by the director. "(c) Such deputy directors and chiefs of operating civil defense and disaster departments, services, or divisions as are provided for by resolution pursuant to this chapter." SEcrION 2. Sections 10.9 and lO.13 of Chapter 10 of the Code of the City of Redwood City are her~)y repealed. SECTION 3.
