The sum of eleven thousand seven hundred thirty- <br /> <br />seven dollars ($11,737) is hereby appropriated from the unappro- <br /> <br />priated balance of the budgeted reserves of the General Fund for <br /> <br />the purpose of providing for the payment of salaries for the <br /> <br />Department of the City Manager, for personnel administration. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition to all sums <br /> <br />appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. The sum of one thousand dollars ($1,000) is <br /> <br />hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the <br /> <br />budgeted reserves of the General Fund for the purpose of pro- <br /> <br />viding for contractual services relating to personnel administra- <br /> <br />tion for the Department of the City Manager. Said sum shall be <br /> <br />for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, <br /> <br />1970, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
