NAN C E <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />li~t <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,500 FROM UNBUDGETED <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF l<1ARIN1\ REVENUE FUND <br />TO PROVIDE FOR SOILS ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF RED~OOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of two thousand five hundred dollars <br /> <br />($2,500) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted un- <br /> <br />appropriated balance of the Marina Revenue Fund to provide <br /> <br />for contractual services relating to soils engineering studies <br /> <br />of the Municipal I1arina area. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
