<br />DES:lm:8/l/69 <br /> <br />ORiGINAL <br /> <br />!;JG 11 '~ <br /> <br />ORD.!NANCE <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />J~ IS- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $2,000 FROM UNBUDGETED UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF DOWNTOWN PARKING AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT AREA <br />FUND AND $4,000 FROM UNBUDGETED UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF <br />SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE FOR ENHANCEMENT OF <br />LIGHTING FACILITIES IN DOWNTOWN AREA <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of $2,000 is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the Downtown parking and <br /> <br />Business Improvement Area Fund and the sum of $4,000 is hereby <br /> <br />appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance of the <br />Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund for the purpose of providing for the <br /> <br />installation of a transformer system on electroliers for the enhance- <br /> <br />ment of lighting facilities in the downtown area to permit effective <br /> <br />street decoration. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the <br /> <br />fiscal year July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970, and shall be in addition <br /> <br />to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1969-June 30, 1970. <br />SECTION 2.
