<br />DES:yc:5/l/69 <br /> <br />ORIGiNAL <br /> <br />,.vIY 12 '\J$ <br /> <br />o R DIN A N C E <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />/.f()/ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $4,500 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR RIGHTS OF WAY ACQUISITION AND RELATED SERVICES <br />FOR THE REALIGNMENT OF MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE IN THE <br />VICINITY OF WOODSIDE ROAD <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($4,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappro- <br /> <br />priated balance of the Sales Tax capital Outlay Fund to provide <br /> <br />for rights of way acquisition and related services for the <br /> <br />r.ealignment of Massachusetts Avenue in the vicinity of Woodside <br /> <br />Road in the city of Redwood city. Said sum sha~l be for <br /> <br />expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1968 - June 30, 1969, <br /> <br />and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1968 - June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
