<br />JHT.ek 3/7/69 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />ORDl.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. 13'17 <br /> <br />MAR 17 .~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $250,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND AND <br />$5,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL <br />OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE FOR MIDDLEFIELD ROAD WIDENING, <br />CHESTNUT TO MAIN STREET <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of two hundred fifty thousand dollars <br />($250,000) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund, and the sum of <br /> <br />five thousand dollars ($5,000) is hereby appropriated from the <br /> <br />unappropriated balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for <br /> <br />the purpose of providing for the proposed widening of Middlefield <br /> <br />Road, between Chestnut Street and Main Street. Said sum shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, <br /> <br />1969, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such <br /> <br />purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. <br /> <br />This ordinance shall be effective 30 days <br /> <br />after its adoption. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
