<br />DES.ek 3/3/69 <br /> <br />Or)I""'i"~, <br />~rt:( : '\/::_ <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />NO.~ <br /> <br />1 (', 'fi9 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 34.2 OF THE CODE OF <br />THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO THE RESPONSIBILITY <br />FOR ENFORCEMENT OF THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 34, <br />ENTITLED "TRAILERS AND TRAILER PARKS," OF SAID CODE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 34.2 of the Code of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 34.2. It shall be the responsibility of <br /> <br />the Health Officer of the County to administer and enforce <br /> <br />the provisions of this chapter; provided, however, that <br /> <br />the Chief of Police or the Chief of the Fire Department <br /> <br />may administer and enforce the provisions of this <br /> <br />chapter when conditions affecting the health, safety or <br /> <br />welfare of persons or the public require such administra- <br /> <br />tion and enforcement." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
