Jill <br /> <br />oel :7 'all <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5.18 OF THE MUNICIPAL <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, RELATING TO <br />THE ALLOWANCE OF DOGS IN PARKS <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 5.18 of the Municipal Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 5.18. It shall be unlawful for any owner <br /> <br />or person having custody or control of any dog to <br /> <br />permit or allow such dog to be within or upon any park <br /> <br />in the city, whether or not such dog is properly <br /> <br />licensed and leashed; provided, however, that dogs <br /> <br />on leashes, properly licensed, controlled, and <br /> <br />attended at all times by the owner or person having <br /> <br />custody thereof, may be permitted within Stulsaft <br /> <br />Park in areas where food is not being served or <br /> <br />consumed." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
