<br />DES.ek 8/23/68 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. /311 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $40,000 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SPECIAL GAS TAX STREET IMPROVEMENT FUND <br />TO PROVIDE FOR PROPOSED WIDENING OF JEFFERSON AVENUE, <br />BE~NEEN MIDDLEFIELD ROAD AND FRANKLIN STREET <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of forty thousand dollars ($40,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for the purpose <br /> <br />of providing for the proposed widening of Jefferson Avenue <br /> <br />between Middlefield Road and Franklin street. Said sum shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, <br /> <br />1969, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1968-June 30, 1969. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
