<br />DES.ek 6/7/68 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JUN 17 '68 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. 136~ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE Ar.1ENDING SECTION 27.18 OF THE CODE OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING TO THE SEWER RENTAL FUND <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REm-mOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 27.18 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 27.18. A fund to be known as the 'Sewer <br /> <br />Rental Fund' is hereby established. All moneys received <br /> <br />from the collection of the charges established by <br /> <br />Section 27.12 shall be deposited in the sewer rental <br /> <br />fund. The moneys in this fund shall be used only for <br /> <br />the following purposes and in the following order of <br /> <br />priority: <br /> <br />(1) Payment of' bond redemption and interest <br />charges for sewer facilities and for the <br />payment of the costs of acquisition, <br />construction, reconstruction, maintenance, <br />management, operation and repair of the <br />sewer facilities of the City, said pur- <br />poses being of equal prioritYi and <br /> <br />(2) Such other purposes as the City Council may <br />specifically provide for from time to time.1I <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
