The sum of eight thousand two hundred dollars ($8,200) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to provide for the improve- ment of Bradford Street, between Main and Walnut Streets, and the intersection of Bradford and \valnut Streets. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. SECTION 2. It is hereby ordered that the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000) ,heretofore appropriated from the Special Gas Tax Street Improvement Fund for the acquisition of rights of way for Main Street improvements, Veterans Boulevard to Bradford Street, be transferred from said appropriation to the appropriation providing for the improvement of Bradford Street, between Main and Walnut Streets, and the intersection of Bradford and Walnut StrF-ets. Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, 1968. SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be effective thirty days after its adoption. * * *
