<br />ORD.!NANCE <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />1~'I7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 44 TO ORDINANCE NO. 1286, <br />THE SALARY ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br />TO PROVIDE FOR SALARY OF ACTING CITY ATTORNEY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 44 is added to Ordinance No. 1286, <br /> <br />entitled "An Ordinance Establishing Salaries for Employees <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City; and, Repealing Sections 1 through <br /> <br />46, of Ordinance No. 1232," adopted January 9, 1967, to read <br /> <br />as follows: <br /> <br />"SECTION 44. The Assistant City Attorney <br /> <br />appointed by this Council as Acting City Attorney <br /> <br />by Resolution No. 5591, adopted January 29, 1968, <br /> <br />effective February 1, 1968, shall receive compensation <br /> <br />computed in accordance with an annual salary of <br /> <br />$16,092, during such time as he serves as Acting <br /> <br />City Attorney." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
