NAN C E <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />I~JJ <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING SUM OF $10,857.10 FROM <br />UNAPPROPRIATED BALANCE OF MARINA CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS AT THE <br />MARINE HARBOR, RED'tlOOD CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION l. The sum of Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty- <br /> <br />seven and lO/lOO Dollars ($10,857.l0) is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the unappropriated balance of the Marina Construction <br /> <br />Fund for the construction of parking lot improvements at the <br /> <br />Marine Harbor, including paving, drainage and other related <br /> <br />improvements, said funds to be expended in accordance with <br /> <br />Section 2.37 of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
