<br />REG.ek 9/27/67 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. /JJ:J.I <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING THE SUM OF $25,000 FROM <br />CONTINGENCY RESERVE OF GENERAL FUND TO DEPARTMENT <br />OF PUBLIC WORKS, STREETS AND STORM DRAINS APPROPRIA- <br />TION FOR MATERIALS, SUPPLIES AND SERVICES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION l. The sum of twenty-five thousand dollars <br /> <br />($25,000) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the contingency reserve of the General Fund to the appropria- <br /> <br />tion for the Department of Public ~vorks, Streets and Storm <br /> <br />Drains, for materials, supplies and services, for the purpose <br /> <br />of performing earth moving and related work, including the <br /> <br />securing of consulting engineering services, in connection with <br /> <br />the property described in Resolution No. 5259. Said sum shall <br /> <br />be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, <br /> <br />1968, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for <br /> <br />such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1967-June 30, <br /> <br />1968. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
