<br />REG:mm:9/16/66-7 <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N O. 1'-''- <br /> <br />ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ~35,550 FROM CONTINGENT <br />RESERVE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO RE- <br />IMBURSE THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL BUILDING RESERVE <br />APPROPRIATION FOR FUNDS TRANSFERRED FOR <br />CONSTRUCTION OF HOOVER SCHOOL SWIMMING POOL <br />AND RELATED FACILITIES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of ~35,550 is hereby appropriated <br /> <br />from the contingent reserve of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay <br /> <br />Fund to the general municipal building reserve for acquisition <br /> <br />of sites and construction of a new city hall and/or corpora- <br /> <br />tion yard facilities, to reimburse said general municipal <br /> <br />building reserve appropriation for funds heretofore trans- <br /> <br />ferred from said appropriation to provide for the construction <br /> <br />of the Hoover School swimming pool and related facilities. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967, and shall be in addition to all <br /> <br />sums appropriated for such purposes during the fiscal year <br /> <br />July 1, 1966-June 30, 1967. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
