The sum of Thirty-one Thousand Two Hundred Sixty Dollars (31,260) lS hereby appropriated from the Redwood City General Improvement Distric,t No. 1-65 1966 Drainage System Fund for the purpose of acquiring certain parcels of ~eal property (hereinafter described) in connection with Redwood Creek Channel Improvements and pursuant to Resolution No. 4809, adopted November 11, 1965. The real property to be purchased with the sum appropriated herein consists of General Imurovement District 1-65 project parcels lying within the area bounded by Bradford, Main, and Marshall Streets, and Jefferson Avenue, and commonly referred to as Parcels SD2-1, SD2-2, SD2-3, and SD2-4, and situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California. Said sum of $31,260 is appropriated to Parking District No.1 and shall be used for the purposes, and in the order of priority, as set forth in Section 17 of Ordinance No. 785. SECTION 2. The sum of Twenty Thousand Dollars ($20,000) is hereby appropriated from the Contingent Reserve Account of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund for the purpose of part payment for acquisition from Off-Street Parking District No. 1 of that certain real property, appraised at One Hundred Six Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($106,500), designated Parcel A, and more partic- ularly described in "Exhibit A" attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein.
