<br />REG.ek 6/3/66 <br /> <br /> <br />ORD1.NANCE <br /> <br />N o. 1,).97 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED <br />TERRITORY DESIGNATED II <br />BEL AIR ANNEXATION II <br />,AND HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEXING <br />SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF REDWOOD " , <br />CITY, <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 18th day of <br /> <br />April <br /> <br />, 19~, <br /> <br />the Council of the city of Redwood City adopted Resolution <br /> <br />No. 4995 giving notice of, and declaring its intention to, <br />initiate upon its own motion proceedings to annex to the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City all of the territory designated as <br /> <br />BEL AIR ANNEXATION <br /> <br />"; and <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />WHEREAS,. this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />I <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />tion, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission of <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, California, and that said commission <br /> <br />t' <br /> <br />has prepared or caused to be prepared a report on said annexa- <br />tion, and that said 'commission has approved the annexation <br /> <br />and its boundaries as required by law1 and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, <br /> <br />and has found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br /> <br />II \ I . <br /> <br />---,-- <br />
