NAN C E N O. /:l3~ <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $14,750 FROM UNAPPROPRIATED <br />BALANCE OF SALES TAX CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND TO PROVIDE <br />FOR ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FOR PARK <br />PURPOSES <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of fourteen thousand seven hundred fifty <br /> <br />dollars ($14,750) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated <br />balance of the Sales ~ capital outlay Fund to provide for the <br /> <br />acquisition of the following described real property for park <br /> <br />purposes: <br /> <br />Lots 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10, Highlands of Emerald <br />Lake, Subdivision 6. <br /> <br />Said sum shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1965-June 30, 1966, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purpose during the fiscal year July 1, 1965-June 30, 1966. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
