FUND TO SALES TAX <br />CAPITAL OUTLAY FUND FOR PURPOSE OF PROVIDING CITY' s <br />PORTION OF COST OF INSTALLING A TRAFFIC SIGNAL AT THE <br />INTERSECTION OF MARSH ROAD AND FLORENCE AVENUE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. The sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br /> <br />($3,500.00) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Sales Tax Capital Outlay Fund to the Sales Tax Capital <br />Outlay Fund for the purpose of providing the City's portion of <br /> <br />cost of installing a traffic signal at the intersection of Marsh <br /> <br />Road and Florence Avenue. Said sum shall be for expenditure <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1965 - June 30, 1966, and shall <br /> <br />be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purposes during <br /> <br />the fiscal year July 1, 1965 - June 30, 1966. <br />SECTION 2.
