The sum of seven thousand five hundred dollars <br /> <br />($7,500) is hereby appropriated from the unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the Off street Parking Fund to provide for the following pur- <br /> <br />poses: <br /> <br />(a) $600.00 of said sum to provide for the purchase of <br />meter parts; and <br /> <br />(b) $6,600 of said sum to provide for the purchase of <br />additional parking meters. <br /> <br />Said sums shall be for expenditure during the fiscal year July 1, <br /> <br />1964-June 30, 1965, and shall be in addition to all sums appropriated <br /> <br />for such purposes during the fiscal year July 1, 1964-June 30, 1965. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
