The sum of Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated from the unbudgeted unappropriated balance <br /> <br />of the General Fund to the Assessment District Revolving Fund <br /> <br />for the purpose of advancing funds to pay assessments applicable <br /> <br />to the Redwood City Elementary School District property in the <br /> <br />Shepard vJay Improvement District, as provided by Section 5302.5 <br /> <br />of the s'tree'cs and Highways Code. Said surn shall be for expendi- <br /> <br />ture during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 - June 30, 1965, and <br /> <br />shall be in addition to all sums appropriated for such purpose <br /> <br />during the fiscal year July 1, 1964 - June 30, 1965. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Any portion of this appropriation not utilized <br /> <br />for the purpose s.tated above shall, on determination of the final <br /> <br />assessment amounts, automatically revert to the General Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. All funds received from the School District as <br /> <br />reimbursement of funds advanced for payment of the School District's <br /> <br />assessment shall be deposited in the General Fund. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
