NAN C E N O. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY APPROVING THE ANNEXATION TO THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF CERTAIN <br />UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED <br />"OAK KNOLL ANNEXATION NO.2," AND <br />HEREIN DESCRIBED, AND HEREIN ANNEX- <br />ING SAID TERRITORY TO SAID CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the 21st day of September, 1964, the Council <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City adopted Resolution No. 4404, giving <br /> <br />notice of, and declaring its intention to, initiate upon its <br /> <br />own motion proceedings to annex to the City of Redwood City <br />all of the territory designated as "Oak Knoll Annexation No. 2": <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has received evidence showing, and <br /> <br />finds, that the proposal to annex said territory, with descrip- <br /> <br />tions, was filed with the Local Agency Formation Commission and <br /> <br />the Boundary Commission of the County of San Mateo and that <br /> <br />said commissions have prepared or caused to be prepared a <br /> <br />report on said annexation, and that said commissions have <br /> <br />approved the annexation and its boundaries as required by law: <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has further received evidence showing, <br /> <br />andhas found, and again finds: <br /> <br />(1) That said territory is situate immediately adjacent to <br /> <br />,-: < <br />
