The sum of sixty-two thousand dollars ($62,000) <br /> <br />is hereby appropriated and ordered transferred from the un- <br /> <br />appropriated balance of the General Fund to the Special Assess- <br /> <br />ment District Revolving Fund for the authorized purposes of <br /> <br />said fund as stated in Section 2.4l.5 of the Code of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
