3/8/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13568 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> <br /> (SEAPORT BOULEVARD AND SEAPORT CENTER <br /> CONSOLIDATED ASSESSMENT DISTRICT) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires professional advisory <br />services for City's Seaport Boulevard and Seaport Center Consolidated <br />Assessment District (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, William Euphrat Municipal Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, <br />California, represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise <br /> <br />to perform the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Financial Consulting <br />Services - (Seaport Boulevard and Seaport Center Consolidated Assessment <br />District)" (form dated 03/01/99), by and between the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California, and William Euphrat Municipal <br />Finance, Inc., of San Francisco, California, for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br />hereby approved and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby authorized and <br /> <br />Reso-612 1 <br />G~sh~sh/redwood\co u ncil <br />FXS:rg <br />02/17/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
