<br />RJC.ek 7/l3/64-7 <br /> <br />ORD,INANCE <br /> <br />1)' ~/) <br />,,,~.v""" <br /> <br />N o. <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 3.155 TO THE CODE OF THE CITY <br />OF REDt'lOOD CITY RELATING TO SIGNS CONSTRUCTED BETWEEN <br />JUNE 3, 1963, AND JULY 7, 1964 <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION l. <br /> <br />Section 3.l55 is hereby added to the Code of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 3.155. Any sign erected, altered or placed <br /> <br />subsequent to the effective date of these sign regulations <br /> <br />on June 3, 1963, and prior to July 7, 1964, shall, even <br /> <br />though erected in violation of the then existing sign <br /> <br />regulations, be permitted to remain in the same manner as <br /> <br />if erected, altered or placed in compliance with the then <br /> <br />existing sign regulations provided that, and only to the <br /> <br />extent that, such sign was erected, altered or placed in <br /> <br />accordance with a permit issued pursuant to Section 3.80." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
