NAN C E N O. <br /> <br />JJt~s <br /> <br />ORDINANCE ADDING SECTION 2.25 TO ARTICLE I OF <br />CHAPTER 2 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />RELATING TO SUBMISSION OF THE ANNUAL BUDGET <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 2.25 is hereby added to Article I of <br /> <br />Chapter 2 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, to read as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2.25 <br /> <br />Notwithstanding the provisions of <br /> <br />Section 51 of the Charter of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />the City Manager shall submit the proposed City budget <br /> <br />to the Council not later than the first day of May each <br /> <br />year.
