<br />REG:yc:3/lS/64-7 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE <br />--------- <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />',~ ",: .' <br />....a.......aL.'t..,I....:{. <br /> <br />ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 29.20.3 OF THE <br />CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY RELATING <br />TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF DRIVEWAY APPROACHES <br />WITHOUT MAKING ANY SUBSTANTIVE CHANGE <br /> <br />THE COUNCIL OF REDWOOD CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Section 29.20.3 of the Code of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"section 29.20.3 <br /> <br />Any driveway approach constructed <br /> <br />or reconstructed in violation of the provisions of this <br /> <br />division shall be removed or reconstructed to conform with <br /> <br />the provisions of this division by the owner of the abutting <br /> <br />parcel within thirty days after notice to remove or correct <br /> <br />is given by the city engineer. The provisions of article I <br />of this chapter relating to repair of sidewalks, the doing <br /> <br />of work by the city engineer upon the property owner's <br /> <br />failure to do so and the assessment of costs shall be appli- <br /> <br />cable to any driveway approach constructed or reconstructed <br /> <br />in violation of the provisions of this division." <br /> <br />SECTION 2.
