<br />11/21/06 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14747 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADJUSTING THE SALARY OF THE POSITION OF <br />CITY MANAGER <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The current compensation for the position of City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />amended by revising the salary schedule as hereinafter described: <br /> <br />A. The salary of the City Manager shall be retroactively increased by the sum <br /> <br />of five percent (5%) effective with the first pay period beginning on or <br /> <br />about March 2006; <br /> <br />B. The salary of the City Manager shall then be further increased by the sum <br /> <br />of two and one half percent (2.50%) effective with the pay period <br /> <br />beginning July 2006; and <br /> <br />2. In addition to the provisions of Paragraph 1, the terms and conditions of <br /> <br />employment for the position of City Manager shall include those provisions established <br /> <br />for positions included in the Executive Management Classifications set forth in that <br /> <br />certain document entitled, "City of Redwood City - Executive Management - Summary <br /> <br />of Benefits - Effective February 7, 2005," a copy of which is on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Director of Human Resources, except to the extent otherwise provided by letters of <br /> <br />agreement dated November 13, 1991, November 2, 1994 November 8, 1995, and June <br /> <br />8, 1998, and subsequent amendments thereto not in conflict with the provisions hereof. <br /> <br />3.
