2/22/99 <br /> ORIGINAL <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13563 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTING <br /> SERVICES FOR STULSAFT PARK <br /> <br /> (SUBSURFACE CONSULTANTS, INC.) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires environmental consulting <br />services relating to mineral concentrations in Stulsaft Park in the City of <br />Redwood City (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City of Redwood City <br />requires professional geotechnical and environmental engineering services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Subsurface Consultants, Inc. of Lafayette, California, <br />represents that it is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to perform <br /> <br />the aforesaid services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Environmental Consulting <br />Services - (Stulsaft Park)" (form dated 02/12/99), by and between the City of <br />Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of California, and Subsurface <br />Consultants, Inc., of Lafayette, California, for the performance of the above- <br />mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br />Reso-601 1 <br /> <br />DES:djk <br />02/17199 <br /> <br /> <br />
