<br />CES:djm n3/14/90 (025/27) <br />CES:mgl 3/28/90R <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />i\f:'K - 9 1990 <br />N 0.] ] ~ 63 <br /> <br />~: ! i\i <br />,t.j ~ ~.:'l u_ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br />AGREEMENT FOR PREPARATION OF A POLICE FACILITY WETLANDS <br />MITIGATION PLAN BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br />WESTERN ECOLOGICAL SERVICES COMPANY, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires certain services for the preparation <br /> <br />of a wetlands mitigation plan for the Redwood City Police <br /> <br />Department Facility; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Western Ecological Services Company, Inc., "WESCO", <br /> <br />represents that they are qualified to furnish such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Western Ecological Services Company, Inc., and this Council <br /> <br />desires to approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE: <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />Ci ty and Western Ecological Services Company, Inc., "WESCO", of <br /> <br />Novato, California, entitled "Agreement - for Preparation of a <br /> <br />Police <br /> <br />Facility <br /> <br />Wetlands <br /> <br />Mitigation <br /> <br />Plan" <br /> <br />(form <br /> <br />dated <br /> <br />03/28/90R), a copy of which is on file in the office of the City <br /> <br />Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is <br /> <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and <br /> <br />on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />. . /.'... <br />
