2/22/99 <br /> - ORIGINAL - <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 13561 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br /> OF AGREEMENT FOR ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES RELATING <br /> TO THE EL CAMINO REAL MEDIAN LANDSCAPING PROJECT <br /> <br /> (JOHN CAHALAN, ASLA) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City requires preliminary design, <br />preparation of plans, specifications and contract documents for the El Camino <br />Real Median Landscaping Project in the City of Redwood City (the "Project"); <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, in connection with the Project, the City requires architectural <br />services; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, John Cahalan, ASIA of Redwood City, California, represents <br />that it possesses the experience, and is qualified to perform the aforesaid <br /> <br />services required for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement - Architectural Services - El <br />Camino Real Median Landscaping Project" (form dated 02/10/99), by and <br />behveen the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California, and John Cahalan, ASLA, Landscape Architect, for the performance <br />of the above-mentioned services, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br /> <br /> Reso-585 <br /> G:~sha~d~redwood~council <br /> DES:dJk <br /> 07./10/99 <br /> <br /> <br />
