Contracts" of the Redwood <br /> <br />City Charter, the City Manager on December 4, 1989, called for <br /> <br />bids for workstations in the Engineering Division of the <br /> <br />Community Development Department in the City Hall Building as <br /> <br />specified in the request for bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, one bid was received for the <br /> <br />performance of said work and filed with the City Clerk; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Corporate Environments, Inc. of Redwood City, CA., <br /> <br />is the lowest responsible bidder, and it is the intention and <br /> <br />desire of this Council to award said bid to Corporate <br /> <br />Environments, Inc., <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Corporate Environments, Inc.of Redwood City, <br /> <br />CA. in the sum of Ten Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Three and <br /> <br />53/100 Dollars ($10,683.53), for all of said workstations and <br /> <br />installation, computed in accordance with bidder's proposal dated <br /> <br />December 20, 1989, is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br /> <br />responsible bid for said workstations and installation. <br /> <br />2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute a purchase order and all other necessary <br /> <br />documents approved as to form by the City Attorney on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City in accordance with the abovementioned <br /> <br />_ ""'.u'.e."__".,..,.~"_,._ __'~___'.,,~_...'" __'_,.._"._~_._~~__~_~~.~__._.._.. ..._."
