<br />DES:~jk 03/14/90 (043/26) <br /> <br />MAR 1 9 1990 <br /> <br />C :~. n <br /> <br />i.--' <br /> <br />O~ t'u 0) ~,~ ~ ,. <br />"., ,I, ,.'j tlL <br />I u-..J11~rl <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR REIMBURSEMENT <br />AGREEMENT, OVERRULING ALL PROTESTS, DETERMINING BENEFIT <br />AREA FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS TO BE FUNDED PURSUANT TO <br />SAID AGREEMENT, APPROVING FORMULA OR FORMULAE FOR <br />APPORTIONMENT OF BENEFITS, DETERMINING EXCESS COSTS <br />REIMBURSABLE UNDER SAID AGREEMENT, SPECIFYING <br />REIMBURSEMENT CHARGE, AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING <br />EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT <br /> <br />(LAKEVIEW PRESSURE ZONE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City Reimbursement Agreement Ordinance (Article XIII, Chapter 18, <br /> <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City; hereinafter, the <br /> <br />"Ordinance") , <br /> <br />Emerald <br /> <br />Lake <br /> <br />Associates <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Summit <br /> <br />Drive <br /> <br />Associates, California limited partnerships, acting by and <br /> <br />through Marek Development Company, a California corporation, <br /> <br />their general partner (collectively, "Developer"), applied for a <br /> <br />reimbursement agreement relating to the construction of the <br /> <br />public improvements hereinafter described; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Developer is the owner of all that certain real <br /> <br />property located in the County of San Mateo, California, <br /> <br />designated by Assessor's Parcel Nos. ("APN") 057-141-120 and <br /> <br />057-141-130, which property is shown on that plat attached hereto <br /> <br />marked Exhibit "A", and by this reference incorporated herein <br /> <br />("Developer's Lands"); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in order to provide water service to Developer's <br /> <br />Lands, Developer requires the installation and construction of <br /> <br />the following improvements: a 12 inch diameter water main, <br /> <br />extending approximately 4,500 lineal feet from the Lakeview <br />
