<br />CES;~im 02/20/90 (019/27) <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />---------- <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />11235 <br /> <br />FEB 26 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />FOR PLAN CHECKING SERVICES FOR THE LAKESIDE SUBDIVISION UNIT <br />NO. 2 BETWEEN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND BARRETT <br />CONSULTING GROUP, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City requires expert plan checking services for the <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.2; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Barrett Consulting Group, Inc., of Menlo Park, <br /> <br />California, Consulting Engineers, represents that it is qualified <br /> <br />to furnish such expert plan checking services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to and reviewed by this <br /> <br />Council an agreement for the furnishing of such services by <br /> <br />Barrett consulting Group, Inc., and this Council desires to <br /> <br />approve and authorize its execution for and on behalf of the <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />That certain agreement by and between the City of Redwood <br /> <br />City and Barrett Consulting Group, <br /> <br />Inc., of Menlo Park, <br /> <br />California, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Plan Checking Services For <br /> <br />Lakeside Subdivision Unit No.2" (form dated 02/20/90), a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk, to which copy <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved, and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
