<br />DES:dj~ 02/21/90 (039/26) <br /> <br />OR!GlNAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />No.1123~ <br /> <br />FEB 26 1990 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING AND AUTHORIZING CALIFORNIA STATE <br />DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES TO PURCHASE CERTAIN <br />ITEMS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Code Section 2.80 <br /> <br />and Public Contracts Code Section 10324, this Council does hereby <br /> <br />authorize and request the Office of Procurement, Department of <br /> <br />General Services of the State of California to purchase certain <br /> <br />materials, supplies and equipment to wit: two (2) passenger <br /> <br />vehicles conforming to specifications of the Department of <br /> <br />General Services of the City of Redwood City, for and on behalf <br /> <br />of the City of Redwood City, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to sign and deliver all necessary <br /> <br />requests and other documents (in form approved by the City <br /> <br />Attorney) in connection therewith for and on behalf of the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br />
