<br />CES:djm -'/l8/90 (012/#27) <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />JAN 2 2 1990 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 11 212 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING AGREEMENT FOR PROMONTORY <br />POINT AT SHOREBIRD ISLAND SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, <br />CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND <br />ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; <br />APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE <br />CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND <br />ACCEPTING OFFER TO DEDICATE EASEMENTS <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map (including any dedications of <br /> <br />easements described therein) <br /> <br />entitled Promontory Point at <br /> <br />Shorebird Island Subdivision, in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />prepared by Art Bliss Engineering, Inc., civil engineer, for <br /> <br />Mega Construction and Development, San Mateo, California, the <br /> <br />owner of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the <br /> <br />City Engineer as conforming to the tentative map for said <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved and accepted subject to the following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) Before the release of said final map by the City <br /> <br />of Redwood City ("City") for recordation, the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers (hereinafter "Owner" shall mean the owner or <br /> <br />subdividers, as specified in the application for approval of <br /> <br />the subdivision) of said subdivision shall enter into and <br /> <br />execute that certain proposed subdivision agreement on file <br /> <br />in the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement for <br /> <br />Improvement of Promontory Point at Shorebird <br /> <br />Island <br /> <br />Subdivision" <br /> <br />(form dated 01/18/90) <br /> <br />wherein Owner, <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />consideration for the approval of said map by City, shall <br /> <br />agree to construct and complete in the time specified in <br />
